My 2001 U320 information centre has frozen.. Data on screen does not change, clock works fine but no new data.. Has anyone ran into this problem .. I would hate to find out that I spent hours chasing wiring to find out it was something easy !

Sorry I cannot help with the technical problem. But I would note that in Edmonton this week many things have frozen up. (I couldn't resist)

Don't they have plug in posts in the parking lots in Edmonton? Do they frown on the Walmart overnighters plugging in while staying?

Can you get to a plug on the back of it?
Unplug it, wait a few minutes then reconnect it. Long shot but may help.
I will lift the dash and give it a shot, rebooting might be the answer, Thanks for the suggestion! ! All input appreciated ! Will let you know what happens .

Dave, if it lights up and there is a working clock but other numbers are static it is probably a loose plug. It might be hard wired or it might connect to your diagnostic port. Your diagnistic port is on the sidewall of the driver's foot well.
I am not even sure this is a Silverleaf product but likely. Give them a call. (888) 741-0259

Thanks so much for the help, I unplugged it, applied some dielectric grease, plugged it and it works ! I'm in Guyamas and i guess I hit tope a little hard LOL, it always the operator !
