I've owned Splendide units since 2003. Have you already talked to these people? I've always found them most helpful. Maybe they might have something used. Splendide Laundry Centers Customer Support Center (http://www.splendide.com/support.htm) Most recently they helped me diagnose a bad pump in my 2100XC and I bought from them for a reasonable price, arrived quickly.
