I have had my blue angle for 10 years. I have tried to clean my windows many times and I have failed to remove a water spot problem. All of the windows have a water spot problem. Just like old tv commercals and water spot on glasses in the dish washer. I have tried all kind of solutions, none work. Any ideas? Any solutions??
Pat,
4-0 steel wool. Will not scratch glass, will remove the mineral deposits. Test on small area first, but this should do the trick.
Be sure to clean off all the steel wool when you are finished or you will have rust stains.
Jet dri in the soapy water just like your dishes.
My 92' has water spots too. Or so I thought. Tried everything to clean including 0000 steel wool on both sides. Finally figured out the the spots are from the tint that is inside the window. That's my theory anyway.
Let us know if you find something that works.
Edit: I have single pane windows. Pretty sure you do too.

I don't have a spot problem, but dry 0000 steel wool does a good job of cleaning glass, although clean any dirt off first with soap and water or a glass cleaner. Got all the soap scum off the shower glass with dry 0000 steel wool. Like Brett said vacuum up all the steel wool bits to avoid rust stains.
