It seems the blower motor(big electric motor outside of burner chamber) won't shut off automatically after heating cycle. I can pull and push back in the 30 amp fuse, which shuts the motor off, and will allow for another cycle.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Mike
Mike, I'm definitely no expert, does the flame shut off? if flame is shutting off you may have a relay problem

That is a bad controller. You don't have to pull the fuse just cycle the power switch and it will do the same thing. We have a commercial member that repairs them or sells you and exchange. Look in the classified section.
I agree with Craneman, had that happen to my Newell which has the same 431 Aquahot. After replacing the controller with a rebuilt one it worked great.
Flame burner is working, heating cycle is good. It is just that the motor won't shut off after heat cycle. Cycling the on off switch inside will not turn off motor.

Still a bad controller just worse than mine was as the switch would shut the fan off then I could turn it back on until the next cycle. Does the noise from the fan go up and down, mine did slightly.
