I have searched the forums and I know the answer is there somewhere..but I'm frustrated with which system I have. By the looks of the Beam site and taking a pic of my driver HWH control panel I have a 680 Series unit...
Left motorhome in storage for the winter...went south and used it in February and the system would not respond to input on touch pad..tried the normal stuff and the result was travel light was lit green and that was it. Just went and picked it up last week and drove it home...same deal. Travel mode light on...no response to anything else. Last night I removed four screws and pulled panel up to check plug in. All checked good. That's all I've done so far...looking for the normal newbie help.

Have you checked the fuses in the computer module down in the basement?
John, I have not..location?? I know that's easy to find...but haven't looked
Should be a silver box on the ceiling of one of the front basement bays.
Mike, you mentioned that back plug looks good. But did you remove plug from panel and replug it back in to reseat the connections??
