Title: Beautiy Rest Air Mattress
Post by: RandallBrink on April 24, 2018, 10:29:07 pm
My coach was out of service for some months, and now, in readying it for the road, I noticed that my Beauty Rest bed loses air overnight, albeit, with: 1. No shore power; 2. House batteries now functional and charged but Salesman Switch in power off mode.

The bed airs up fine with generator power On, if I select firmer setting, but my question is, is this normal, and will the bed hold air under normal conditions, i.e., shore power, or Salesman Switched left on? Or does this indicate a leaking bed system?

"Beauty Rest"? Not OEM, unless I got gipped!  If it airs off the gen-set, means it's getting power and needs 110v to air. I'd say you, my friend, have a slow leak or some problem with the contraption that adjusts it. Good luck.  ^.^d

That's what I was afraid of, as otherwise it should remain aired up at last setting indefinitely.

Do you have paperwork? Seems like there should be a 'one way valve' in there to prevent leakage, mite have gotten clogged.
Of course, not that it ever happened to me, there is the dreaded 'Pilot Error'  ::)
