Is there any value to old halogen puck lights? I see them advertised online for about $15 each. We recently replaced ours with new led puck lights. Are they worth $2 a piece?
Ed, others may want the trim ring look, some will replace the halogen bulbs with LEDs. I replaced all of mine and the take outs all went to Forum members in short order. If you want to try to sell them a few bucks is OK. $2 will cover the cost of mailing them. Or just send them in exchange for a donation to a charity you like. Everybody wins.
Ed,
We need some of the gold trim rings for our '95 U320. I would be interested if yours would fit ours.
Keith
Ed,
Like Keith, I would be interested in whatever full assemblies Keith doesn't need. I've replaced my bulbs with LED's but am still always looking for parts.
Thanks
Ryan
I need one gold ring if available.
I think FOT sell them for $4.00 each.
Last time I checked the trim rings were $8 for brushed nickel. Plus a generally less capable LED G4 plug in bulb. It was only a couple bucks more to buy new LED fixtures with glass lenses.
Amazon.com: ITC (69231B-3K-DB) 3" Radiance LED Overhead Light/Spring Mount:... (https://amazon.com/ITC-69231B-3K-DB-Radiance-Overhead-Spring/dp/B00ISLQX18/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1527042964&sr=8-14&keywords=itc+led+lights)
These are a direct replacement, fit right in the old holes, no screws. They we about $14 when we did ours but we would do it again. Get good dimmers.
Thanks for the link to Amazon!
All the lights I removed have the tan (to match the ceiling) trim rings.
