Title: What is the appropriate Ride Height on the U225?
Post by: NubianNomads on June 13, 2018, 03:39:49 pm
We have a 1990 U225 ORED.  We are replacing the wheel and want to make sure everything is done properly.

First, let's make sure what you have.

An ORED is very different than a U225. The ORED is an Oskhosh chassis. The U225 is a Foretravel unibody.

I have never seen an ORED with torsilastic suspension.

If handy, post the VIN and/or take a picture of the suspension (front or rear wheel well) and also basements.

Then we can get you the correct information.
