Does anyone have a part number or a resource where I can get a new dash control switch for the ac. It is a reostat switch that controls hot and cold. On the dash of a 2000 u320.
Keith
It's off some car. Once you determine what car it's easy. Mine is Dodge but no help to you.
Might be cheaper to buy the whole unit and toss what you don't need.

The connector doesn't look the same as the wire harness on the coach, looks like 3 prongs on the plug and I need 4 prongs on the plug
I would like to replace all of my upper dash switches as a precaution. Hopefully, someone has info on this.
well the company that made the part says it is obsolete and there is nothing available to replace it... well crap!! the hunt is on, does anyone know where there is any used parts for foretravel. my switch is broke and does not work.. FOT has some kind of kit that includes the heater control valve, which I just replaced, that they say might work BUT the kit is 1/2 a CB, was hoping to find something a little easier on the wallet!!!
I was suggesting you just use the thermistor not the whole panel. Isn't it removable on yours.
yes it is a separate piece in the dash but looking at the pic of the back of the one you posted it accepts a 3 prong plug, the one on the coach has a 7 prong plug so the wiring is not right.....
That 7 prong is probably going to be tough to find. Can you post a picture of the connector?
Keith,
Try Johnny's A/C Parts Warehouse in Warren, Arkansas. They are good folks and have many of the hard to find A/C parts for older motorhomes.

Any other number son it? Do you have the
original part number?
Retrofit Kit for Dash Air Temperature Control Switch and Water Valve (http://www.beamalarm.com/Documents/retrofit_kit_for_dash_air_temperature_control_switch_and_water_valve.html)
I assume that this is the kit FOT has for 1/2 a coach buck
I would contact SGM the company directly and see what you can buy it for,or get part numbers for the water valve and switch and make a kit up yourself. You have the wiring diagrams Depends how crafty you want to get with it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised it is not as much a FT wants. jmo
