I have added a photo of the Grand Villa we just acquired in the last month or so.... moved from San Diego to Boulder CO
Was the original striping designed to go around the front cap on both sides to be continuous???? Some photos of other coaches this age we find have NO stripes or some other combination . We have found a roll of GRAY striping material so original owner may not have finished the job???
The corners are multi curved and a flat stripe wil not make the turns. You will need a large sheet to cover the corner and then cut away the edges, back to the stripe size..
It may go around the bend with a heat gun..
We were told by original owner that stripes had been done " recently". Maybe a few years ago. Your post description might be why the corners are not completed.... LOL.
My 89 is totally different, like you headlights much better than mine.

The burgundy stripe has the same deal. Is it painted or tape?
I don't know the answer but that is one sweet lookin' Grand Villa!

Tape... both red and gray striping. Just dont know if the gap on front cap is on purpose or not
Yes.. original owner ( we are just 2nd owner) was Bill Freeman and Paul Newman.. it was titled to Newman/Freeman Racing.. its the racing team that was created late 70's for Paul Newman's racing career. Used as a hospitality suite at the CA race tracks...
