Title: 86 FT GV airhorns... ???

Good morning.... we had a bunch of people tour our FT GV over the weekend as we were part of a vintage car show..  BUT. Many people asked us to toot the airhorns on the roof.... odd... i cannot find a button, switch, lever, handle.... no idea how to toot the airhorns....  help.... for our next car show appearance....

push the button in the middle ofthe steering wheel.

It's a Chevy steering wheel with the bow tie in the middle.  I got that under the hood horn..... LOL.  I was asking how the airhorns are activated....    sorry for the confusion....

Usually it's a small air compressor,Nitehawk will chime in he has worked on his,will have info.

I believe you have to turn on the ignition and then you should--should--hear the air compressor pumping. If not then you will have to start checking the wiring circuit and try to locate the air horn button--this if the steering wheel horn actuates the "car" horn.
