I'm guessing I got the 89 oem brick so it's due for replacement as directed by the princess. I think it's great, and have even snuck out to the coach for a great nap. Went to the sleep # bed website :o :o :o :o $
For an air mattress. Lots of good opinions turned up in the search, thanks all contributers. Would have never thought about an air mattress exploding when you drove over the mountains. Maybe switch to a frozen pea for the princess. Due to the side radiator i almost have to crawl to the headboard. I really liked the air mattress idea with memory foam combo. Easy to set my side to extra extra firm. Easy to move for engine access.Maybe just add another line item to the pre flight checklist to let some air out of my side prior to large altitude changes. Thanks for the heads up on the explosion deal.
Speaking of mattress: we have a almost new rear free to a good couple where snoring/tossing & turning is not a issue. We bought a new smaller mattress that now sits on top. (Guess who sleeps forward?). We're in Payson, AZ until October, then Ajo, AZ for the winter. Yes, the lucky person has to help me move it to your coach, but a good deal if you're in the area! ^.^d
We have a sleep# queen and love it, been over some big mountains in the west and never a problem, some times we have to make an adjustment ^.^d
I have 3 of the "mattresss in a box" memory foam . The first one was a firm and now resides in the guest bedroom. The next two are medium and are really nice. One in the Bus one home.
