Title: My face hurts
Post by: ohsonew on September 01, 2018, 07:42:22 pm
I couldn't believe how much my jaws were hurting. It was because you couldn't get the smile off of my face. Got Lola up and running down the highway. It just don't get no better. Oh yes it does when you get to blow past the brand new 1 ton Duramax pulling an equally new 40' fifth wheel. It wasn't even a challenge. It was even going up a hill >:D  I will confess that I have always had a need for speed and was concerned about that when getting a motorhome, but like they have said before the Foretravel is the sports car of motorhomes. With the new tires and centramatics it was just a dream. Thanks Lola for the best day I have had in a long while.  (Yeah just braggin and smilin still.)

After two slow-poke SOB coaches, I had to learn real quick how FAST our 3116 CAT (250 hp) was: found myself passing semis that I never would have tried before.  She likes 80 mph even with the tach saying 'I'm fine'. I love it!  ^.^d

I know how you feel Mike. I had the cruise set at 74 and when I was passing, 80 went by real fast. Thank goodness for cruise, it keeps me out of a lot of trouble/

I know the feeling. I camp with a friend who has an new American Eagle, and he likes to lead. So I tell him that if I beep my horn move over this old girl is coming by. Beefed up 3176 Cat close to 400hp
