I checked the forum, and the last thread was back in 2012, so maybe there is different thinking now.
We're going to be moving to a concrete site that is nearly perfectly level (or so we are told). We'll be there until the end of September. Would it make sense to dump all of the air, then RAISE the low side (if there is one) a bit to get level? If the site is actually as level as we're told, in theory we would have the coach sitting on all six tires, which would make for a bit more stability and a lower entrance step.
With the new air bags we got last spring the coach stays pretty much as we put it, so if I hit the level button and the HWH system was happy at ride height, it would stay that way until we move.
You opened up one of the Hatfield and McCoy issues. I try to keep the front as low as possible for the DW to get in and out. Not completely dumped but close to it.
The advantage of being low is it's easy step into the coach. Advantage of being high is your tanks drain easier.
I usually go high. Anymore all the dump pipes I see are 6" to 8" above the ground. Maybe it's a new zoning rule. Does make me cranky but then the older I get the crankier I get.

If you are going to dump all the air make sure the tires are not resting on the top of the wheel wells.
and I like my tires sitting on plastic or wood on the concrete or gravel to minimize moisture transfer

I like to leave mine sitting on the bags. It seems to be less sensitive to movement like walking in it.
