Title: Replacement of Microwave/convection oven with shelf

I would like to remove the stock unit. I would like to have a shelf that would hold a very small microwave and small counter top toaster oven. Has anyone done anything like this?

No, but I'm thinking of removing mine, also, and doing the same as you plan. I'm all ears!

I'm taking mine out too. We never use it. Might put a spice rack/shelf or something. I would prefer that you guys come up with a great plan and I will simply knock it off (with appropriate attribution, of course).

No burners on mine...Induction cook top...
Heat will need to be considered though.
