Title: 34’ FT Forum Members
Post by: floridarandy on September 26, 2018, 08:47:14 pm
I'm not sure how many owners of 34' Foretravels are on the forum and I'm not aware if it's possible to search by coach length. I'd like to ask any current owner of a 34' to reply to this posting. This might make it easier to direct questions and ideas among owners of this model.

I know most FT models use similar systems so these questions can continue to be posted to the entire group.  It would be great if the Search function also allowed coach length as a parameter.

Thanks

Randy

Here I am. Not sure what we would gain from this though. I don't really see any real difference with the exception of that little joey bed. They ride and handle the same with the exception of getting into those tight camping spots. That short wheel base makes that much easier.

We are really enjoying our 34'. We have had smaller and larger.  This size works for our current circumstances and travelling style.

Ken Shapiro (triple nickel) has a 1989 GV 34' just like mine. DD 8.2 ORED.
He drove it from Washington state to Florida without any problems, even the 10 year old tires held up!
And that was about 4 years ago.

My intention was to share 34' contacts for current and future 34' owners.  Jor for one has been a big help to us.

We have a 33' GV FEG Coach... great condition.... in almost 4 months we have put about 2500 miles on after our purchase in June.  A couple of aged tire blowouts but no other major issues... good running 454 Chevy... and all house mechanicals in good working condition.

So far only 3 "current" 34' owners and a couple older 33's.  Pretty exclusive group so far.
