Hi All,
We have a 2003 U295 40' WTFS
I'm looking for the following systems information/schematics/layouts, equipment locations etc.
12 Volt Electrical
120 Volt Electrical
Plumbing
Pneumatic
Other
If you know know where I can locate these, Please let me know!
Thanks, Paul
Have your coach build number handy and call James Triana at FT and tell him what you are looking for.
Has someone taken out the books from your coach? The coach came with all the diagrams from the factory and schematics
This is the air schematic for a 2003 U320 with a tag axle, yours will be close. Be sure you look in the CN box, it lists the starting coach build number for which the drawing is effective. I have not seen a FT plumbing diagram for any coach. 12v coach, 12v chassis and 120 v electrical diagrams should be available. Find someone with a U295! Same year, close build number and ask them to send copies.
Thanks much, will do in the am!
Thanks Much, (1) piece of the puzzle done!
I would assume yes!....We have a good history of service logs, but not much else
Sorry I missed you while ago. Made a spur of the moment ride over there to say hi and see if we could figure out something. I was in my red JL unlimited. Met a young (to me) guy with a dark beard in a JL heading toward town. I'm guessing that was you. You have a beautiful coach.
Has anyone talked to you about reading the indicator lights in the HWH control boxes? Each light indicates that some contractor is showing open or closed. I had several conversations with HWH and mine weren't making sense when we couldn't operate the slide. Finally I took it to HWH in Moscow IA and it took them about 5 minutes to tell me something was miswired in the past. They made repairs for less than a coach buck and gave me credit for a new $2500 control box that the factory had put on in error. The slides have never failed in five years since.
I think reading those lights will be the key to figuring out where the problem is.
Also I guess you are aware that there is an override switch to drive it if the slides aren't showing to be closed even though they are.
I'm only about 45 minutes away if you want to mess with it, not that I would be much help. I sent you my phone number.
Did I give you the "Jeep Wave"...We give it to all Wranglers! I'm bummed we missed you, our Jeep is "Punk'n" orange.
I've not hear about reading these lights, but I did meet a guy in New Mexico (Mr. Grimsby) I'm so bad with names...LOL who mentioned pulling fuse 11. Well that worked once, but not since. (i don't even know for sure that was the reason it worked) I need to play with the slide before Saturday, as we leave for Greenleaf State Park then.
I did get your number, and if it's OK, I'll call while trying to figure this out.
Thanks Again, Paul
It was you in the Wrangler. BTW pull that sensor wire plug on the battery and the "start stop" goes away. Small lamp on the dash comes on but they made it dim and out of the way so it wouldn't bother all the people who unplug it.
I'm heading to Virginia tomorrow to bring our daughter and son-in-law's coach back here so will be out of pocket a few days. Call me anytime.
Thanks, I did the Hood Switch disconnect.. Thanks, I'll call you if I get in a jam. I'm working everyday, so my tinker time is limited..LOL
