hello everyone , is there anyone out there that can help me , I need new tie rod ends for my Grand villa , and possibly I might need the complete tie rod assembly with the ends , I've been in touch with freightliner parts dept and have been given a part no. for the complete assembly which is 441254c91 but he did say it might be difficult getting hold of one, which I am finding out , the make is a Spicer tie rod assembly , I googled the part no. and it came up as a Spicer part , but I'm wondering if these parts are not made anymore, if I could get hold of the tie rod ends would be a start , and if I cant get hold of a tie rod anywhere, then the only other alternative would be to have a new tie rod especially made, but I'm hoping that wont be necessary , I live in the UK which does make it more difficult for me to find certain parts , I just keep searching online, but seem to be getting no where, would appreciate any help relating to this, if anyone can put me in touch with someone that I could buy this part new or a good second hand one , thanks Kevin

Did you try checking with the factory? Never know what they might have stashed away in a dark corner of the chassis shop.
im in contact with a bloke at FCCC he gave me part no. for complete assembly , he did say may be difficult getting hold of it , il contact him again and see if he can give me individual part no.s for right and left hand tie rod ends , thanks kev
he said it was no longer available from freightliner
On that e-bay site, click on "contact seller" and tell him what you need.
Individual tie rod numbers are on page 330-185 page 61 and are listed as 15TP75---L.H. and 15TP74---R.H.
This information from my Owner's manual for the V-815 chassis The assembly item #26 on page 59 just says tie end assy.
The next page gives individual part number for each end.
Measure the length and verify the pin and taper size.
If you search ebay for "Spicer tie rod" and leave off "assembly", you come up with many more items. The good news is if you do find what you need it will probably be at a very good price.

I can't cross these numbers to anything,TRW or Moog. The assembly number does come up but under Dana Holding Co and is not available. I'll keep looking for you ,just killing time here....
I will do that as soon as I get the chance , il measure with a digital gauge as accurately as possible because these tie rods I know is an interference fit, il let you know the sizes , could be a few days coz got a a lot of wind and rain over here in uk at moment, , they probably wont come off very easily, cause there probably the original since new , so will probably have to use heat, il let you know thanks kev
