I bought several from the parts department at FOT.  Note that there are left hand and right hand latches.

Two years ago the rotary latches were $57.40 each, plus freight from FOT, they have a limited supply and are no longer made.
They can be rebuilt using a new spring and bolt/bushings to replace the two hollow, shouldered rivets.

David,
All I have to go on is the pix, but it sure doesn't look all that worn to me. Have you checked the alignment of the pin that it  locks onto? I found mine were needing a little TLC, and it made a world of difference.

I removed a couple latches that were very stiff and would hang up. I put them in a warm transmission fluid bath in a Harbor Freight ultra sonic cleaner, let it go for about 1 hour, they came out like new.

They were sticky inside. Cleaned and lubed it .. now it snaps back like it's new
