Recently rebuilt our Aqua-Hot burner unit, the Webasto DBW 2010, and thought I would share a couple things I learned along the way.
This rebuild was done because of diesel fuel leaking.

The Webasto burner is not an Aqua-Hot product. It is used in buses, trucks, and boats and it pays to shop around for parts. I ordered almost all of my parts from Sure Marine Service in Seattle. This link (DBW 2010 (http://www.suremarineservice.com/Heat/DBW-2010/)) should take you to a collection of diagrams and when you open one it will show the part numbers and prices.
Since the Aqua-Hot works fine on electric, I was able to remove the burner, tear it down, order and wait for parts. I ordered the fuel pump, solenoid repair kit (got this from RVHydronicHeaterRepair), rubber grommets (they were brittle enough to break), circlip, snap rings, o-ring, bearing kit, and brass gaskets for the banjo fittings.
While waiting for parts, I noticed the Tempering Valve was leaking water around the stem. This turns out to be a readily available Watts LF70A series valve. Amazon Prime has the entire valve for around $45 and the repair kit $25. I used the repair kit. On our unit this valve is sweat soldered. I spoke to Rudy who suggested disassembling the valve parts and replacing them, leaving the valve body alone.
I had done the annual maintenance a few weeks before this.
After watching it for almost a week, it is working fine and NO LEAKS!

Just remembered: the bearings for the Webasto are common in skate boards and Dremel tools according to local source in Eugene, OR. They had them in stock. Cost me $7.24 for both.
Part Number is a bit hard to read. It is 608RS.
