Just got to Xtreme to pickup coach, it's been here a couple months. We're spending the night in it then heading home tomorrow. Started engine to air it up, turned on HWH leveler, but it's not coming on. It does go to travel mode with green light on. But when I press the level button all the lights light up but it won't respond. I unplugged the connector to the keypad for a minute but still won't respond after plugging back in.
Any suggestions? Not a problem for tonight and since it does go into travel mode I should be ok to travel tomorrow.
So many things it could be. I'd call MOT and see if they could help you out if James doesn't know what's wrong.
Try running the trouble shooting steps in the manual linked below. Follow the instructions in the exact order listed:

Did you press the level button TWICE? Once turns it on and does nothing.
Just got back from dinner. Tried it and it's working right now. Rain stopped too!
Did you push the level button twice. I can learn too
Well it's still intermittent so today after going through the troubleshooting section, which all pointed that the control box is probably bad, I called HWH to get a RA# then pulled the box & touchpad and will send it to HWH for repairs tomorrow.
Mine kept blowing the fuse. I did just as you did, called hwh and got the number. Sent off the control box, it was a $2.70 diode thingy. An hour of labor @$77.00 and some freight. Plugged it all in and it worked how its supposed to.
All of the fuses are good so we'll see what they say. It'll be there while they're off for Christmas but hopefully it's a slow time and I'll get it back mid-January. Until then I've got lots of small projects to do on it.
When Ours was wonky, I took out the board and sprayed the bejesus out of it with CorrosionX. Made sure the connections were tight and it was fine thereafter. It just missed you and needs a talking to.
I did clean all of the connectors with Deoxit, but still not working right. And with the Alaska trip next year I want it working properly.
Just another quick idea. Im not sure on your coach at all, there is another fuse under the dash. If its blown like on mine you will still get the green light on your touch panel. She wont level if its blown, but itll still go into travel.
Wow, HWH received my control box on 12-21-18 and shipped it back on 12-27-18 and I should receive it 1-2-19! and this is with their scheduled holiday closing. Didn't expect it for at least another week. Hopefully they fixed whatever problem it had, airbags are holding pretty level so far but I'm parked on a slight side-side incline.
I'll update this once I install the box and check it out. Oh and the charge was a ginormous $75.00
Works great! Best $75 I ever spent.
That's great to hear.. it's always nice when your wallet gets a little relief!
