Sometimes the real world defies some of the math. I emptied my fresh water tank and filled through the factory system in less than 18 minutes. How much less I don't know as I got sidetracked and don't intend to do it again. Trying to get the camera and the phone timer going after seeing water running to the street through the overflow.
Looks like the house water supply outside of the pressure regulator is the source. Now, I have to dump our tank and check the time through the filter directly into the tank.
You've got LEDs in your compartment, don't you? :D

The real world never defies the math, you've got 65 psi downstream of a 5/8 meter and regulator at the house to your advantage. Most homes don't have 65 psi upstream of the meter so at the house they are down to 50 psi at 8-10 gpm flow by the time it enters the house. 15 psi advantage craneman. Craneman ran 1" pvc mains in his house vs 1/2 or 3/4 in a typical homr. 5 psi advantage craneman. So far craneman has a 20 psi advantage at the hose bib at least, and a 50 psi advantage over my house. Most domestic water pipe sizing charts are for 3 psi per 100 feet, or to keep the velocity below 8 feet per second for noise issues
Said another way, craneman's got water horsepower out the wazoo at home to force high flows thru the coach piping. Note craneman, you may not have this advantage while on the road. I would recommend the quick fill mod. JMO.
I bought the parts and did the fill at the house to see if they were needed. Still have not filled anywhere but at home, so with all the reviews of others I will use the grommets and PVC and make a quick fill just in case it is needed on the road.
Craneman you are truly blessed with that kind of water pressure at your residence. Would revel in the thought of that kind of pressure at the shower head ^.^d
Seems like the best thing to do. Can't hurt. Can't rely on the water pressure out there.
