The OEM regulator developed a leak at the swivel on the last trip. I was able to remove it and cap off the line. I had another, but it is shorter and leaked too. The ones at Camping World are also shorter and shorter puts a bend or strain on the PEX which connects to the regulator. This regulator is directly connected to the city water inlet behind the panel and has garden hose threads. The length of the OEM iis 3 1/8". The shorter one that also leaked is 2 5/8". The old one had a label that said CP Products Water Regulator 45 psi. Not sure if these regulators have a built in check valve function, I did not have city water connected when the leak was found. Any ideas other than calling Foretravel parts?
Jerry,
I am not aware of any OE pressure regulator.
Can you post a picture?
By OEM, I meant Original Equipment as installed by FT. Don't have a picture as installed.
Not sure that is original equipment versus installed by previous owner.
This regulator linked is 2 7/8" overall, no check valve. High quality. https://www.rvwaterfilterstore.com/Fixed.htm
Jerry, just replaced my original brass regulator 45 psi with marshal brass from amazon. Plus I added new garden hose brass fittings And new flush mount fill inlet. It's here on tech talk section here's what I replaced
