Title: Aqua Hot
Post by: Tom West on November 30, 2018, 08:19:46 am
Are there competent service shops out there to service Aqua Hot or are we committed to Motor Homes of Texas for this needed service? Nothing against MH of Texas, it is a long drive from here, Dotha, Alabama.

Service locater from their web site -

http://www.aquahot.com/Service-Help.aspx

Rudy Leggett, Roger Berke and a few others stand out - basic service is easily done by any of these folks and a lot of other shops not on this list. Many owners do the annual service themselves, buying parts from Rudy on-line.

Tom,

I will be in Orange Beach, AL, in April and Foley, AL, in May.  We can get together as Dothan is not to far from either.

If you can run your tools, I can train you to service your burner.  Let me know if any of this appeals to you.

All the best.

My point was to say if someone wanted help and didn't have parts I could get them ordered so they would be available upon arrival.
Don't mind helping as long as they pay for parts.

Some comments crack me up...

When I serviced my aquahot the burner chamber was oval instead or round so I had that whole mechanism replaced had all the regular parts replaced as I didnt know when the last time it was looked over.

Replaced the metal brain at that time but I have a feeling it wasnt part of the problem as the coil went out not long after the updates were completed

Thanks, Jeff
