Post by: John Morales on December 02, 2018, 06:30:14 pm
I was posting a motorhome for sale on Facebook Market Place here in Florida for my neighbor and seen someone has posted a 1990 Grand Villa For Sale.  In the pictures it looks pretty nice.  Here is the link if anyone wants to check it out.

hmmm. Generator replaced and roof replaced - lack of maintenance followed by a nice detail to get ready to sell? $25K seems about right give or take subject to a very good inspection I have a friend looking for a 102" Bull nose Foretravel, sent this along to him

Nice coach, has a Foretravel chassis, CAT 3208T 250hp V-8,  the Allison 4-speed, no retarder.

Mike,
If you look at the basement doors with them hinged from the bottom and the locks on the top would indicate that this is most likely an Oshkosh Chassis, most likely an O22C rather than a Foretravel Uni-home (in house built) chassis.

Looks just like my Oshkosh. Has the side rad 300HP maybe. Same interior , hard to tell if 40ft or 36ft. But the door spacing looks like 36.  I can look at this if interest.

I figured it would be a ORED also, but the BEAMALARM said different.

Back during the time that FT was in the process of changing over to there in house chassis both were available. Barry's site may not have the propaganda sheet for the '90 ORED

Beamalarm still shows 91 ORED, so there must have been a 90,

If you scroll down the specs Brett posted, right above the option paragraph, it says price is effective 3/20/90,  I think this is spec is where I found the 300 hp version has a 26.5k gvrw rating.
