When we got up this morning the green led light was off on the diesel Aquahot switch, the switch was still in the on position. I turned the switch off and flipped it back on in about 30 minutes. It did start up as normal. It did this the other day also but that time I thought I might have bumped the switch. Temps last night were about 5, the other night it was down to -10 and the system worked all night.
Any thoughts on what could be turning the system off?
We head to warmer weather on Saturday.
Thank you
You will need to trouble shoot, as fuel line leak, thermostat failure and controller failure all cause the same symptom.
There is a trouble shooting guide at Roger Burke's site.
mine had similar issue with the coil.. worked for the most part then started intermittently starting then it stopped completely..
I would start wit the basics and go from there.. Probably shouldnt ignore it with the temps that low
Check your fuel level. I went through the same thing then I seen my fuel level was at 3/8 of a tank. Filled up and problem was solved.

Did you fill your fuel tank with cold weather diesel? If not you may need to see if the motor starts. It returns warm fuel to the tank.
