Air pressure started to drop. Pressure down to about 40 had to pull off speed dropped to 20. Odd that the rear of coach is up almost normal. 40 miles out of Phoenix headed to quartzite.5 miles from the leaf Verde RV resort close to Buckeye AZ. Amy ideas? Maybe if it cools down I could make it there.M8ght have to call a Mobil RV repair. Help!
I'd be checking for obvious breaks in the air lines 1st. Could be anywhere from front to back. You should be able to hear the leak while the engine is running.
Or an air drier leak. If you don't already have a bypass kit for that, you might be able to buy the parts at a local hardware store. Search the site for drier bypass and you'll find parts lists, pictures, etc. It's basically a couple of pipe fittings but not real common ones. Large wrenches also required.
Next thing I'd check is the D2 governor. Lots of people carry spares. Not sure how to tell if it's bad but easy to replace.
good luck
Here's one of many good posts about the drier bypass, with pictures. Having one of these on-board saved me a lot of trouble on a recent trip when my drier purge valve failed. 15 minute temporary fix.

3208cat has air compressor driven by two v-belts might check there 1st. If no obvious air leaks.
With air brakes, do NOT drive with low air pressure. The emergency brake AUTOMATICALLY comes on at low air pressure. Drive with it engaged and you will really up the cost of getting back on the road.
Bob,
According to beamalarm.com, your coach has air suspension, air throttle and air brakes. If this is correct, then without air pressure you are stuck on the side of the road. We'll try to help.
Check the compressor drive belts as suggested above. Still there?
If belts present, and with your engine running, what happens? Do you build any air pressure? If not, can you hear any air escaping from anywhere under the coach? Listen up front, where (I assume) your front and rear air tanks are located. Listen to the air dryer. Hear anything? I know, it is hard to hear with engine running. If you can reach it, with engine running, hold your hand under the purge valve (big hole in center of bottom plate on air dryer) and see if you can feel air being continuously exhausted.
Do you know where your D-2 governor is located? If so, with engine running, try tapping it (lightly) with a hammer or big wrench - see if it might be stuck in the "unload" position. If it is stuck, with engine running, you should be able to feel air blowing out the D-2 exhaust port. There is also a adjustment screw on the top of most D-2 governors. Remove the plastic cap, loosen the lock nut, and try running the screw in and out a couple turns. This will sometimes free up a stuck internal piston.
Let us know if any of these ideas help.

Thanks everyone. Have a mobile tech coming
I hope it is a belt looks like one of spools is without a belt not sure if all spools should have a belt. M6 engine as starting to get hot so a good chance no belt. Hard to see down there bit with engine heating up, makes sense belt prob. Btw thanks for info on low air pressure and the breaks looking up
I was down to about 40 lbs when I gave it up
.....definitely need two belts, they drive the alternator and air compressor.
Due to the number of belts (7), on my 3208TA, I carry a full set of spare belts. You may want to consider such a thing if you hav'nt already done so. Have a great day ---- Fritz
Yes, all of the grooves should have a belt . They are all double except the AC . You have to almost drop the fan assembly off, but really loose will allow sneaking the others around the fan. Just did mine recently so if the tech needs a little guidance , call me . I will use Continental or Dayco next time .Not happy with the Goodyears. Had to tighten them 3 times.
I have the belt numbers in my logbook.
And, with double belt, make sure the two are MATCHED PAIRS. Even a small difference in circumference can place all the load on the shorter belt.
Matched pair of belts is a must, sometimes called sister belts. Gates green stripe belts if you can get them may be best.
If it is the belt, be sure to check the belt tensioner to see that it is functioning correctly. My 1981 Foretravel had 2 tensioners and I had to replace the bearings on both.
Gates matched sets for sure. Don't ask me how I know.
Oh boy glad that is over. Inside out RV repair out of Peoria az came out and found the air compressor to trashed and a couple of belts rolled over and one belt had come off and was missing. I had a belt that making noise for awhile but that may not of had anything to do with the air compressor. The mechanic did not charge me a dime. Just travel and mileage nd diagnoses would have cost me over 300. Wrecker took the motor home to freight liner in tolleson, close to rocky my on an generator. I want to thank everyone for their advice
Doug that is an excellent info-graphic! Where did you find it? Assuming your coach has a Cummins and not a Cat...
Don
Don, came from someone's post from the Wanderloge owners forum. My last coach had the 3208 Cat so familiar with the belts. Not a fun job changing those belts with a rear radiator, I hope Bigfoot had them all changed while they were in there...
Just emptied my wallet. I did have all the extra belts and they were all replaced thankfully. Also had my power steering replaced due to leaks.3as making a real mess. No military discount and no guarantee regarding the belts
Routeen for freight liner I guess. Service manager said parts are getting hard to find on the cat 250. Was looking at the 1990 g v for sale on the forum. Looks nice, lots of upgrades. Has been for the forum for awhile. Price dropped to 29.999
Wonder why no one has jumped on that? He does not state the length but has a Cummings 8.3 with 75,000 miles
I saw that coach, too. Looked pretty nice, price was great ^.^d
I had this happen last year it was my air dryer. bypass it temporarily and replace
