Title: New Spartan Chassis's
Post by: turbojack on February 03, 2019, 12:05:55 pm
This last weekend while we were at FOT after picking up our coach from repairs I was walking the lot and looking at two IH45's .One had the new Spartan chassis and the one next to it was the made by FOT chassis.  The one thing I notice between the two was it looks like the FOT is all welded and the Spartan is all bolted together.

After looking at both I started to wonder how they were getting the Spartan chassis to Naco from up North.  Any one have an idea?  Putting on a flat bed trailer?  Sending parts and letting FOT bolt it together?

Speaking Thai.    Quicker and easier to transport this way to the school bus builder than on a long train flatbed.
