Title: No power coming in
Post by: Vectra930 on February 21, 2019, 05:35:26 pm
Have 2003 U 320 and while we were gone the power stopped coming into the coach
Turned on generator and still no power coming in.  Tried shutting of power at pedestal and turning back on but still have no power.  I do have a progressive meter at the pedestal and it shows good power at 120 and 121.  No ,one around me is having a problem.

Have shut off all breakers near bed and turned them back on.  Also checked all breakers in the electronics bay.  Is there anything else I can check before calling for service.

You remember that the progressive EMS will delay power for a few minutes after it is reset?

Possible ATS failure. Check voltage at the input and output.

Yup, first question: are you safe working around 120 VAC and have a voltmeter.

If so, pop the lid on the ATS and check for power IN and OUT.

removed the progressive unit and plugged in directly to pedestal and I now have power. Maybe we had some kind of surge while we were gone    Don't understand why I did not get power from the generator.

Don't understand why I did not get power from the generator.

How long did you let the generator run before checking your voltage?  You have a delay prior to the transfer switch closing in and powering up the breaker box.
Check the breakers on the generator to see if  they are  tripped.

03 U320 has a built in surge protector doesn't it?
