See the attached. I'm removing a number of items from our roof... things that don't work or needed to be replaced. I believe this is the old cell phone antenna. I removed the four screws in the base, but it is resisting my efforts to remove it. Is it secured from below? Thanks in advance for any advice.

George,
With the amount of caulk around it, wonder if that is what is holding it in place.
Just speculating, I have not removed that antenna base on your model coach.
Its probably just screwed into the fiberglass, with lots of caulking add for good measure.
Well, I got it off, but some gel coat came off with the antenna. Most of the caulk was probably silicon, be perhaps there was also a dab of 5200! I'll repair the gel coat with white Marine-Tex before covering the holes with a plate.

No need to repair the fiberglass. Just use it as a template (making the new cover plate just a little wider and longer for added seal surface. Drill the 4 corner holes and make a cover from aluminum, painted white. Bed in a polysulfide. DONE.
I would try working a putty knife under it to free it up. If that does not work it does unscrew more. See the two flats? Put a wrench on them and unscrew it.
Heat gun and then putty knife. Easy then.
