Title: 2003 36" U295 Sales Help
Post by: Dr. Dee on April 17, 2019, 12:27:10 am
I will soon be advertising my Foretravel for sale and would like some help in setting a fair price, how best to sell the coach, when & where to sell, the value of using a broker like MOT or selling it on my own. Motor is a Cummins 400, & Gen has 850 hours.
The Coach has been stored in enclosed storage for 12 years and under cover 7 years. It is in remarkable condition with 33,000 miles. Everything works as it should. Newer tires, new batteries, new A/C & automatic thermostate, and the list goes on & on!. Maintenance is totally up to date & complete with records. Paint is a 9 out of 10. One slide, no damage.
Any feedback would be appreciated. It currently located in AZ & headed for Colorado for the summer.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts,

  Lou

I would start by closely monitoring motor homes of Texas web site for similar coaches. Nothing is absolute but that is a good start to get a pulse of the market for coaches of that vintage..

Hi Dub,

That is great advice. I will start doing just that making note on similar year coaches. I also will try to dig into past advertisements at MOT hoping to find recent sales.

Your comment is much appreciated,

  Lou
