I was having problems with our toilet and was getting tired of fixing it ( temporary) at night so Karen called and got us an appointment at the last minute at NAC Motorhome Service. They investigated the issue and we decided that in order to get the upgrade inner components of our Sealand toilet, an overhaul is needed. They ordered the parts, did the install, works great. Very important piece of equipment when you live full time in your motorhome. I had some maintenance done while there and a great professional job of installing my Victron battery monitor- looks like a factory install.
Dave, Seth and Bruce are another great resource for service for our Foretravels in Nacogdoches . They also service other brands if you have friends in need.

My coach has been at Xtreme for two weeks now to fix an "oopsie" and address some roof delamination. My next stop is Nacogdoches Motorhome Service. I have used them two times since they opened and will be back to them next week for a new radiator, resonator, and fluid/filter service. They are all seasoned veterans to Foretravels and I cannot recommend them enough. Honest, reasonable, knowledgeable... you name it! They are a great team and I am so thankful to have them as a resource!
Now would be a good time to have them check out the CAC for broken welds and leaks.
Keep us posted on what you think of the resonator.
Good thinking! Haven't given much thought to the CAC but I will definitely have them give it a look. We spend a few weeks in Colorado every summer and I'm eager to see if the Magnaflow resonator improves performance when climbing.
Our CAC had a couple of pinholes and broken tabs got it redone for about half of a new one.
What's a CAC?

Glenn, it is sort a radiator to cool down pressurized air after the turbocharger and before it goes into the engine. It is about the size of the radiator and is next to it. The fans move air through it.
If you look into the "radiator"through the louvers on the side of the coach you see the CAC as the first thing you see. The radiator is BEHIND/INSIDE OF IT, followed by the fans.
The CAC is an air to air radiator. Open the basement door just forward of the CAC and you will see the large diameter piping coming from the turbo to the CAC. Open the back and you will see the large diameter piping coming from CAC to engine intake manifold.

My 96 has Aluminum brackets welded to the body of the CAC,very suscepticle to vibration and cracking,you have to remove the lourvers to check the brackets.
Just happened to read this!. Thanks for the info on a new place for service. I do have one question. We just had our original Xantrex Prosine inverter replaced with a new Victron 3000, I had also ordered the Victron bluetooth Battery monitor, and was ready to install, we (no one) could figure out our negative cable situation (so many negative cable connections)...Where is the point of connection for the shunt. Can you share what you did.

Paul, not sure if your coach is the same, but my battery compartment had 4 cables coming down from above. Two are positive and two are negative. For my shunt on the battery monitor, I connected the two negatives to one side of the shunt and ran a new cable from the other side of the shunt to all the negatives on the batteries. But best to check your 12 volt schematic.
Thanks, That's what I was afraid of...UGH. Our Gel coach batteries on this model are inside a compartment in the smaller Joey Bed..PITA. And I personally don't like working on High Amp DC Volts....lol. Swapping out to BattleBorn Lithium when they die.
I'm trying to locate any drawings/schematics for this 2003 U295, so far no luck.

Know what you mean, I put my battle born's against the center bulkhead behind the joey bed and used 2 busbars, made life easier. Used old battery compartment for storing things I seldom use.
We think alike on this! I was looking at shortening the smaller Joey Bed a few inches and installing the batteries against the wall to the inverter in this more serviceable spot. Now I know it's doable! I'd like to see how you terminated battery cabling, I'm not very comfortable working on this stuff, Pls send pics when you have some time.
