Good news. Just got a call from Foretravel. They are going to give the discount to anyone that schedules an appointment in May. Said they are going to get everyone there on the same page.
Was looking at Foretravel's Web site and saw on the front page where they are having a "Spring into Service Specials" I was needing to get my oil and filters changed in July but figure since going to get an additional 10% off I would get done now since not planing any long trips between then and now. Called Tuesday 4/30/19 @ 3:51pm to schedule my appointment and got voice mail. Left message to call me back about an appointment to get oil changed. Had not heard back from them so called again 5/1/19 @ 2:40PM. After going thru Auto attendant and getting voice mails I finally got an answer where I could schedule an appointment. Earliest date was June 24, 2019. I asked since this was past May 31 and was the earliest they could get me in if I would still be getting the special discount. Justin said he did not know but would get with his boss. This afternoon I get an email saying they will not honor the special pricing since my appointment is past May 31. After reading email I sent them a response back saying that since they are not going to honor their special after May 31 I suggest they take their ad down and should have taken it down the instance they were were booked past May 31
That's really disappointing, you would think that they would honor their advert.

I would talk to Service manager, and if he did not make it right call and ask for and get name of General Manager. This is plain wrong, the ad was done to create good will, and it is doing the opposite.
I had sent an email yesterday and waiting to see if I get a response back. If not I will give them a call. Since my appointment is for June 24, I am wondering how may other people are thinking they are going to get the discount, but did not ask? Just looked and the ad is still up on their web site.
I'd run this up the flag pole. It is a bad decision on their part.
