Help right front won't lower and I need to get on the road everything else seems to be good but right front bag won't go down so I don't get travel...if you are an HWH guru please call me 813-763-5212
Try this (if you haven't already) with engine running and air pressure up, put HWH panel in leveling mode, lower the high corner to where you think is level. Then turn panel off so travel light is on and see if it holds at level.
I tried manually lowering it and it doesn't dump air. I just need to get to Alaska then I will replace whatever it is that needs to be replaced if I could get it to lower
Sorry man, I feel you pain. Happened to us but we were at Foretravel and they had to replace on of the solenoids. Wasn't cheap. Try checking the fuses for the leveling system in one of the bays. Don't know if that will help or not, but it would be one of the first things I would check. Also manually try to cycle thru dumping the air and raising it back up. Otherwise check for the closest truck service center and drive it slowly with it raised I would think. Sorry but that is all I got. The gurus will chime in soon and hopefully give you better advise.
Check wiring on the front 6 pack.. maybe it came loose? Maybe you can swap the solenoid housing to the needed one
This might help
Update I now know through troubleshooting that the solenoid is getting power but not magnetic when activated as it should be. Now where to find one
Since that is a lower solenoid you could swap it with a raise solenoid, making sure you have the wires marked and correct for when you replace the bad solenoid. You would lose the raise function on that corner but would allow you to lower it, then the travel solenoid would take over. Could cause a problem at an unlevel campground.
Good luck!
I think .. at least on mine i have a magnet on the thomas compressor in the bay that you could swap (if you have one)
As always check for a bad ground wire. Tap on solenoid to see if will release.
Anyone near Colorado Springs with one of these solenoid valves I'll gladly pay you for it or order you a new one to get me back on the road. Lets make a deal!!
#1 cause of an airbag that won't dump - mud dauber nest in the exhaust port of the sixpack. Also check that;, if you see dirt clogging the port, dig it out.
Ok so nothing for front right works as far as lowering do they share common ground? Per corner?
Would this cause problem on just one corner?
Very much so.

Diagram I posted shows which bag.. swap to another side..Not sure if I would take it apart unless you can get orings close.. easy build.. I just did mine on the front.. hence the diagram was handy
Ok so after further troubleshooting I have no power coming from the HWH panel in the bay on the #1 fuse which is the right front. (No it's not the fuse) I have no power either pole of the #1 fuse when activating the lower switch however I do on the fuse for left front. Also obviously no power to to solenoid for front right...now to get this thing somehow safe to drive a good distance then order parts needed
This is pretty obvious, but what if you have another HWH problem in the middle of nowhere north of the border? IMHO it would be best to get some professional analysis and repairs now before setting out to even more remote areas. Good luck!
IF the electronic box is double stacked there is another fuse behind it on the motherboard.. Blew a 3amp fuse o my slide board that was double stacked so I couldnt find the issue.. after a service truck came out he was walked to it by HWH.
If that is the case.. carry some extra fuses.. if you blow another then you have a shorted wire inbetween
Great to see Michelle posting!
Well called HWH they returned my call in less than 30 minutes. Turns out I have two problems one was bad RH travel solenoid and other possible bad control box on the RH dump channel. I swapped the solenoid to get going down then road and now I am in Wyoming so far so good. Thanks for all the help, I will be trying to locate parts upon my arrival to my new home in AK...
