Title: Incoming water pressure.
Post by: Moby on July 02, 2019, 05:06:10 pm
For those of you working with an adjustable water pressure regulator, what do you have it set at?

Tired of the anemic water pressure if I'm trying to just run off city water for a short spell.
Relating to another thread, no,  I'm not leaving home with either water supply turned on.  I escaped that mess last year when my water heater supply sprung a small leak.

My incoming city water regulator is 50 psi.  Water pump is about 55 psi nominal.

On my Bluebird I used an adjustable and set if to 55 psi.

Now on our Foretravel I use this high flow non adjustable 55 psi unit: https://www.rvwaterfilterstore.com/Fixed.htm

I have an adjustable, but can't seem to adjust it higher than about 42 lbs.  I would much rather run on the pump, as it is higher and when taking a shower, really nice to have!
