An erratic failure of the ALL Raise feature on the leveling system left the rear right down and raised the other three corners resulting in a cracked windshield.
Made a call to HWH and made an appointment for this morning at 7am.
7.05 the coach was up on the big rack with 4 guys under it looking for air leaks and we went off to Iowa 80 Truck Stop (as seen on TV) and we lucked out, they were having their annual truck jamboree!
8.57 HWH called to say it was ready.
The rear six pack needed a rebuild as well a a few other O rings here and there all for $195!!
Having spent the night there at no charge and bought 100 gallons of diesel across the road for $2.77 a gallon - great value all around!
So you got to meet Lon and Angie? Great reps for the company.
Place was super busy, looked like eight units overnighted with a constant flow of fifth wheels, class C units and a food trailer.
Factory is huge, out coach looked smaller than a kids toy when it was up on the lift.
They work two shifts with the place closed for two hours every night.
Not much chit chat, all work.
Happy by baby did not need major surgery!
Are you speaking of HWH's Lon and their secretary - Ashli? I agree, both are great people to work with.

Every time (3) I have been there service has been attentive, fast, accurate and priced right. Call ahead for an appointment, usually three weeks out, maybe more at times. Well worth the drive.
Yes Jim, they seem to be the front people and the ones we spoke with, there were others we saw at a distance, as soon as the coach was driven up on the raised platform it was swarmed by a team of troubleshooters, fast efficient and solved the issue that cracked my windshield, which was the basis for the trip.
Me bad!! It is Ashley.
