Title: Prosine 2.5 LCD panel needed.
Post by: Rodaboss on July 20, 2019, 04:11:01 pm
Apparently the only way to configure the unit to go into charge mode upon plugging in.  Would love to buy one, rent one, borrow one, trade for one....

Thanks in advance.

I got mine on ebay, the lcd one is hard to find. I looked for several months before one came up. Would lend you mine, but sold it along with inverter.

I was gifted one from a fine gentleman on this forum.  It does allow many more adjustments than the standard panel.
According to the manual if you program your Prosine with it then change it out back to the standard panel it will keep these settings unless you reset it using the dip switches.  Maybe you can borrow one just to set yours up like you want?

I believe you're right about programming and then switching back.  If someone has one I could borrow, that would be great. I'm in Oregon, plan to be in Arizona (Mesa area) this winter.

Where in Oregon?  I'll be passing through next month, going home after the Alaska Motorcade.

I'm ok with a very short term loan.

By the way, I bought mine on eBay 10 years ago. They were common then.
