I just saw that James Triana is no longer In Tech Support at FOT
It was on another post,he's doing something dfifferent, may be a blessing,we'll get a different point of view.
According to the FOT web site, he is Warranty Director and Customer Assistance.

Hope it is a blessing, James always gave me good advice. Called a month ago and James was off for the day and I got his stand in. Had a question about a slide vacuum solenoid and he really had no idea what I was talking about. Thankfully Keith and Aubrey are at MOT for the difficult problems.
I believe that moving James to a different position fits right in with what will be the 'new' Foretravel business philosophy. Changes are in the offing, and its an ill wind that bodes no good. Unfortunately, we (my wife & I) are currently caught up in the midst of the new business model.
Larry
Website shows he is moving to quality control director. Ronnie Blackmon will be taking over as Warranty and Technical Support
Think were reading too much into it,maybe the new position is more money, can't blame the guy.If the new guy is no good, let them know.As far as me personally,I get 10 times the info here on the forum then from James T,and quicker.
I agree in wishing that James gets the raise and promotion he so deserves! He was a real plus for us when we were on the road in 2000. Saved our bacon a few times and was always spot on with his diagnosis! The Yahoo forum was in it's infancy back then and helped, but James was the man!
In saying all of these, this forum is just one more reason why I decided to purchase our second Foretravel. The wealth of information gleaned on here with the kindness of those who constantly assist those of us that need it, is priceless! I don't want to start dropping names, as I am sure I will miss someone, but you all know who you are that has stepped up and helped us. Thank you, thank you. I just hope I can return the favor to others out there. That in itself is what makes this forum so great!
Information on this forum is great for my older U295, I just wish there were more IH45 users on here to help me when I have questions. I pretty much have had to figure it out myself or contact James.
Info will definitely be better by the time the 2114IH comes out
The newer the coach the less the owner has to work on it so less forum questions.
