Woodworking guys. What do you call the tool that drills these shallow diagonal kerfs? I need to drill several of them for a little project I'm working on. Thanks.

Can't be sure from the picture. Biscuit joiner. Pocket drill (like Kreg)?
Those are pocket screw holes. Done by hand with a jig a drill bit drills a flat bottomed hole with a small hole at the end for a pocket screw. These are used to join or wood together using glue and a screw. The picture shows a machine cut pocket done with a tilting router and router bit to,cut the slot and a drill bit to make the pilot hole.
A suitable clamp, this Kreg MKJKIT Mini Kreg Jig Kit - Pocket Hole Jigs - Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/Kreg-MKJKIT-Mini-Jig-Kit/dp/B00065WPP2/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=kreg+jig&qid=1565405433&s=gateway&sr=8-9) and a little experimentation is all you need...
That is, assuming you already have a long number 2 Robertson bit...

Kreg Jig is a must tool for cabinet builders and anybody wanting to join wood using pocket holes. I still use mine all the time to do repairs around the house, furniture, etc.

Thanks to all. I learned something. Knew I could count on you experts. I ordered the little Amazon deal. Probably only use it for this one little project. In reviewing my original post title, I'm surprised I didn't get some suggestions on editing documents.
