Need a picture with your description of what you are looking for. Maybe just a standard 30-30 chamber carried at all the truck stops and supply stores.

If you have a manual (Oshkosh Truck parts manual) you might want to email Mark Fraedrich at fcccservice@daimler.com and let him know what you are trying to find. He can & will usually cross reference your part number to a Freightliner part number.
Make sure you have your build number, your chassis model & number, and your manual handy.
Mark is an awesome source for any of the Oshkosh Truck chassis information. Get anyone else on the phone and they have no idea what you are talking about!
If Mark isn't available ask for Les Michaels. He is the go-to when Mark is off.

At $20-$30, might be nice to have a spare. Rubber diaphragm is only $5 and easy to replace. Don't confuse this simple chamber with the type that has the parking/emergency brake as if you don't cage it, it could kill you. If you have a Type 12, don't increase the size as it could cause rear lockup in wet or emergency conditions.

Type 12 at: Type 12 Brake Chamber T-12 KSC12 - Van Horn Truck Parts Inc (https://vanhorntruckparts.com/type-12-brake-chamber-t-12-ksc12.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjw4s7qBRCzARIsAImcAxaLxQXgEQAfg2yLeQGiPJU4VBYZQPu6AAmpTZOK6zfp6bgRrhKnAkgaAqnrEALw_wcB)

Here is a really excellent video on the different types:

The last time I bought rear brake cans, the type with the removable clamp on the parking brake side were no longer being made.

Too many accidents with people taking the fasteners off and having the end fly off and hit anything in the way. If you are in the way...
I replaced the diaphragm in my old DD3 cans but made sure they were caged.

They probably make thousands each year so the prices are cheap for all the brake parts.
