Howdy Y'all, I am new to this forum. I recently purchased my first FT and am presently on vacation in Arizona up in the mountains. I am totally baffled about air bags, travel position, leveling. As far as I can tell none of the leveling, system works on our (new to us) FT.
Can someone please head me in the right direction to a thorough link with regard to the operation of our air bags?
Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Rick,
With a '92 U-240 (what you have listed in your signature) you will not have any air bags. Unless you have some relatives on board. Your coach will have Torsilastic suspension with kick down leveling jacks.
Mike
Thanks a lot for the info Mike, that really helps me a lot. So, with Torsilastic suspension with kick down leveling jacks, I have a panel by the driver side that lists travel and the automatic leveling, but when I tried to use the system I could hear a motor running but no Jack's would come down. Guess I need a link from someone on how to trouble shoot that system.
Any and all help greatly appreciated.
Rick
BTW, thanks to whoever posted my problem in the right place !
On my 93 U225, my jacks show off, store and on along with manual controls to raise/lower the four sides.
Interesting.

Here's what you need to do:
1. Identify what HWH Leveling System Series you have.
2. Search online for the HWH manuals for that system.
For step #1, go to the link below. Scroll down the page to the diagrams of the control panels. Find one that looks most like yours.
Let us know when you figure out what HWH Series you have. Then you will get more helpful answers to your questions.

Beamalarm had pictures also, IIRC.
Ok, here is what I have;
It is HWH 510 Series Computer - Controled Hydraulic Leveling System
Does any one know where the Control Box is located?
RR,
If I remember correctly on our '92 U-240 it was hid under the couch beside the domestic water pump. I know of another 240 that the box is hid under the step close to the inverter/converter.
Mike
Here is your online repair manual. Has trouble shooting tips. Does
not tell you where to find the brain box, but Mike did.
