In the bedroom there is a thin-lite in the ceiling and a swing reading lap that are on each side of the bed.
Neither the thin-lite and the reading lamp on the curbside of the bed are working.
Do they share a common wire as neither are getting any electricity.

Steve, check the 12 volt fuses at the base of the bed. I bet its one of those blown.
Thank Bob but on mine the same fuse work all of the lights in the bedroom, engine and the hall.
Just to 2 lights in the bedroom and the curbside are not getting power.
I have no personal experience, but have you changed the rear camera and messed with any wires in the past?
I did change out the camera a year ago but things worked after that, I have even replace the bulbs in both now and they still dont work, that is why I tested them for 12v and got 0
Steve, did you check ALL the fuses below the bed?
Yes I did a continuity test on them with my multi-meter
I would pull and reinstall every fuse

Well if the fuse is good then my guess is it's either one of two things. either the fixtures bad or you have a short and wires between the fuse and the fixture. So first take off the fixture and check for the wires back there. then check continuity between the fuse and the wire at the light. Can't think of anything else right now. It's one of those electrical Gremlins that we all seem to have from time to time.
These is probably not much help to you, but I had a similar issue with the lamp behind my dinette. Finally ended up having to pull out the dinette, and there was a butt connector in the wire leading to the dinette that had came loose. Where I'm going with this is that you might have a similar issue. Your lamps are probably powered by one power source piggy backed from one fixture to the next. If you can find the wiring diagram, you might try running a continuity test between the fixtures. Just a thought. Good luck, I know how frustrating it can be.

The wiring diagram is not much help it just show a wire from battery to the fuse block that show it is a 15 amp and it does the florescent lights, the swing lights, a hall light and engine compartment light
In my 2002 the wires for the lights in the above bed cabinet and wall sconces are butt joined together in the cabinet above the bed. Behind the middle partition of the cabinet above the bed there is a raised box that is held by 4 screws to the cabinet floor (you would have had to remove this to get to the rear access panel for the camera). This is where you will find the wires for the lights butt joined together with a crimp connector. This would be a good place to start. You can see if the butt joint is still good and see if you have 12v coming in. The attached picture doesn't show the wires you are looking for but does show the recess under the box in the cabinet.
I had problems with my clock, the ground was the problem. The ground point is on both sides, behind the panels in the cupboard at the head of the bed . It is screwed I to a aluminum piece of the structure. .Most times I find it is grounds that give me grief.
Easy to check for power, then check for ground.
