Title: Zipdee patio arms: bright or satin finish?

I need to change out one of the Zipdee patio awning arms.
On my 1999 U320 the Zipdee awning arms are dull looking so I'm assuming they are the satin finish?  rather than polished?

Yes Sir, satin.  You might consider the stretcher arm reversing kit while you are replacing the arm.

Our 1995 U320 came with bright finish arms. The years dulled them, but I'm pretty sure they were bright. I ordered a bright finish on our new awnings and it appears to have been the correct choice.

Definitely agree. When we got our new awning we also got the "NX Upgrade" kit. To me, at least, it's a significant improvement.

I ordered the NX upgrade on Monday in bright finish.  If too brite I'm pretty good at making things dull around here.  W.
