We are going to put a new floor in our coach up to the tile in the bath area. And continue in the bedroom.
It is the new style floor material.
It's very heavy and of course fake wood which is opposite of the beautiful cherry wood cabinets we have.
I mean it looks nice and it goes with the leather seating but it's fake.
Am I being too nitpicky or do I have a point.
Ours doesn't match the walnut cabinets, but blends well with the sofas and decor. It is a laminated product that looks like wood. We installed it from the front into the bedroom. Do what makes you happy.

We also just replaced our floor with wood looking laminate, it was recommended by Foretravel. We think it complements our walnut also..

Been doing a lot of thinking about this this year. The tile in our coach is tired, cracked and just not great imo.
What to put in next is the big question. We did a big remodel last year on our home and did most of the house in Luxury vinyl tile in a wood look, and while it looks good and wears great, is not what I am looking for in the coach. Our Foretravel already has so much wood in it that more is not necessarily better. Fake or not. But do not want the weight of tile. I figure there is many hundred of pounds of tile, grout and cement in this coach and getting some of that weight off will be a good thing.
My two top choices at the present moment is both by Cali Bamboo, and they are a Blonde Ale (https://www.calibamboo.com/product-blonde-ale-birch-flooring-vinyl-pro-7904009001.html) which does have a wood motif, or a cork flooring Shoreline (https://www.calibamboo.com/product-shoreline-greenclaimed-plank-cork-flooring-7808005601.html)
The cork may not wear as well, but has a couple of benefits that outweigh that, including excellent noise and thermal properties, as well as it looks great and is light. Should be around 1K to change out the flooring, but might be more if I put in quarter round or other molding. So yes, new flooring is a great way to upgrade these coaches. Not looking forward to removing the old tile though...
We planned on wood looking lux vinyl tile, but with lots of wood went with Audra vinyl tile.
The wood in front of sink was original with slight modification to square it off.
Looks great John. I think it's a perfect match. What tile did you use behind the stove?
It's just a tile I picked up at Floor n Decor. Then I used the epoxy mortar and grout in one to install it. I used extruded aluminum edging around the perimeter. Worked out well and holding up.

looks great!
Thanks Jeff!
Our coach is at Foretravel now having Duraceramic flooring installed. We put this in our previous coach and really liked it.
The first step of a much needed remodel.
Reviving a flooring topic cause we just had ours done.
More pics coming.
My son is following in my footsteps
I too am looking at the duraceramic flooring. Does anyone have pictures of this complete in their coach?
