My VDO odometer display crashed and was completely unreadable just all at once. Pulled the unit and took it to

Hamps Speedometer Repair - Instrument Cluster Repair - Speedometer Repair (http://www.hampspeedometer.com/)

In Alpharetta, Ga.
Repaired in Three hours for $250. Set to my actual mileage.

Just in case someone needs an alternative.

Hamps is a great guy. He repaired mine about a year ago.

If you are in a hurry, do a search with the keywords; speedometer repair near me Use Yelp for reviews and then call them.

A few years ago I had mine repaired at Lauderdale Speedometers in Florida and am sure it was under $100. Have the invoice in coach so can check later just in case I am wrong on price.
