Title: Aqua hot install
Post by: 18360 on October 11, 2019, 11:13:48 am
I got a refurbished Aqua Hot back and a dealer is installing it.
He said he can't get two zone to accept the antifreeze.
Aqua hot said something about purging to get air out but the instructions are vague on how to do it.
Any suggestions.

Maybe a 12v water pump with antifreeze? It will push the liquid through..

If this company has done any typical Winterizing I think they could accomplish this.. just a guess.

Each zone should have a circulation pump.

Is your dealer Aqua Hot qualified and if so, Do they have much experience?  Either way, I might be a bit concerned.

We brought it to "All Seasons RV" in Streetsboro here in Ohio.
Aqua Hot in Colorado recommended them.
They started to install it this past Monday.
But because it is an updated version a lot of the fitting sizes changed.
However it is all hooked up.
Just this one last thing.
They were not working on it all this time as they have plenty of other customers.
I will let you know if the outcome.
