Found this under the sink on side wall next to where ice maker was. The label is so yellowed can't read it. Hopefully someone can tell what it is.
I'll take a wide stab at it since I don't know what it really is but maybe a vent to remove the heat generated by the ice maker? Can you see a fan blade in there?

The first word is caution so a pretty good guess.
To small for fan will take out tomorrow and look closer. More to come
NSA?
CIA?
There is a Caution sign on it. Some kind of outlet I think. Pull it and check.
Looks like a wedge base light socket. No idea what it's for. Also appears to have had a Lens at one time.
I tend to agree. Possibly a light, switched on when the cabinet door is open.
Looks like a 12V electrical outlet.
This is easy since our dog recently ate the hood from one. It's a 12V light. It uses a wedge style bulb and has a hood for a cover. I have them as stair and aisle lights and in all my overhead storage.
They're everywhere.
Took out fixture and it is a wedge light. Bulb broke out in it once cleared works just fine along with upper light. Thanks for the help
