I am very happy with this toilet quality and design. I am not happy with the following failure in assembly holding valve in with one screw instead of two and it was just started, backed off, and llose. See video. Picture shows two neccessary screws on the back, tighten only till screw is against plastic to retain valve from popping out.
My water leak was not from a winter freeze failure, but from the one screw holding the valve in was loose. This came to light in a Dometic video (I now cannot find) where they stated posible leak was from missing screws that hold it in on the back. Contact factory and they will send two new Phillip's head screws.
New after market kit comes with two Phillip's head screws.

Jack, My new domestic toilet developed a drip leak at valve--would not leak every time just once in a while. I called the number and the lady on phone said they had gotten a batch of bad valves and would send me a new valve. Got new valve just haven't had time to put it on!!!
