We were told it is no longer possible to get a new ice bin replacement for our fridge, and after searching the internet, I truly could not find one.  I finally found this one at The Container Store that I thought might work.  DH had to cut the lip handle off one end to make it work and it fits great.  Comes with a flat contoured lid I use to hold other things in the bathroom.  Have been using for about a year now with no problems.  Had used several other cheap plastic bins over the past few years that just did not hold up.

I'm heading to MOT to get a Samsung installed during slide seal work next week.  You can have my ice bin if you're in the area.  If not, I can hang onto it and pass it along down the road.  Woody.

Thanks for the generous offer but think I'll stay with this new one.  The walls are thicker and overall much more sturdy. Safe travels!
