Title: Atwood A/C Remote
Post by: jor on November 14, 2019, 11:27:21 am
I picked up a 15K Atwood AC a few months ago and am finally getting around to installing it. I unboxed it today and see that it has this wired control unit? I was expecting a remote. Is this the setup others have and if so, how did you run the wire and mount the control (this is the front unit)? Thanks.

The Atwood uses a 4 pin/wire while the duotherm uses 6.  I think but not sure, that the duo therm is relayed internal to the TStat but the attwood is in the roof ac. The Atwood is set up for heat pump and to control the furnace, but doesn't work on mine for some reason. There is a small remote control also with these. Battery powered.
